My Story
Twenty years experience as a registered nurse. Ten years building businesses. One method born from both.
Hi, I’m Tracy, a registered nurse with more than twenty years of nursing experience and more than a decade of building businesses of my own. The method I teach was not written in a classroom. It was built in real markets, refined with real nurses, and it exists for one reason. To turn your experience into a business you own.
I know nursing. I also know what it takes to build a business.
I’m Tracy Pekurny, RN, and before I began helping nurses build concierge businesses, I spent nearly two decades across cardiac surgical ICU, Interventional Radiology, home health, case management, and nurse coaching.
But I didn’t learn business from nursing.
I learned it by building businesses of my own — from a concierge property management company and virtual real estate investing team to a nearly 4,000-member community, memberships, digital products, AI products, strategic partnerships, and multiple revenue streams.
That combination matters.
Because becoming a nurse entrepreneur requires more than clinical expertise. You have to know what people will actually pay for, how to position your expertise, price it, build the numbers, create the right systems, and put the business together in the right order.
You already bring the nursing judgment.
I bring the business structure to help you turn it into something viable, profitable, and built to last.
