My Story
Twenty years experience as a registered nurse. Ten years building businesses. One method born from both.
Hi, I’m Tracy, a registered nurse with more than twenty years of nursing experience and more than a decade of building businesses of my own. The method I teach was not written in a classroom. It was built in real markets, refined with real nurses, and it exists for one reason. To turn your experience into a business you own.
My clinical years ran through cardiac surgical ICU, Interventional Radiology, home health, case management, and nurse coaching. My business years ran through a concierge property management company, owning and founding The Property Boutique LLC a virtual REI team, a nearly four thousand member investing community, digital products, a women’s investor membership, AI tools and products I have built and sold, and working partnerships with an attorney. In 2020, a mass layoff ended my W-2 chapter in a single group phone call. That day settled something permanent in me. Work you build yourself cannot be taken away by someone else's financial decision.
