I’m Tracy Pekurny, RN—nurse entrepreneur, business consultant, and founder of the Concierge Nurse Business Society.
These tools were created from the real decisions, documents, and operational needs nurses face when building independent businesses.
I bring two decades of nursing experience and more than a decade of entrepreneurship to this work. I did not create these resources as generic business templates with nursing language added later. They were developed around the actual questions, risks, workflows, and implementation gaps I see when nurses begin building private-pay concierge businesses.
