Six-Step Method Cohort Accelerator
The Concierge Nurse
Build the business behind your nursing expertise in six focused weeks.
A live business accelerator for nurses who already know they want to build—but need the structure, strategy, and support to build the right business.
The Six-Step Method Cohort Accelerator helps nurses turn clinical experience into a defined private-pay business with a clear client, validated offer, intentional pricing, operational structure, visibility strategy, and stronger preparation for the legal and professional guidance the business may require.
This is not a collection of dry modules or general encouragement. It is a six-week implementation experience built around live instruction, working sessions, peer conversation, direct feedback, practical resources, and a proven sequence of business decisions.
This Is for the Nurse Who Is Ready to Build
You have nursing expertise, but you are not yet clear on the exact business, buyer, or service offer the market will value.
→
You are tired of piecing together disconnected information and want a structured path from idea to implementation.
→
You want to understand pricing, operations, visibility, legal preparation, and the business decisions that exist beyond choosing a name and creating a logo.
→
You are prepared to make decisions, complete the work, receive feedback, and move forward with intention.
→
You need the right decisions in the right order.
A concierge nurse business is more than a clinical service. It requires a market-informed offer, a clearly defined buyer, pricing that supports the business, systems that protect your time, a client journey that converts interest into revenue, and preparation for the legal and professional responsibilities attached to independent nursing practice.
The Cohort helps you work through those decisions before you spend months building something the market does not understand, underpricing your expertise, or creating operations that depend entirely on you.
You will not leave with a generic template business. You will build around your specialty, your market, your buyer, and the problem you are equipped to solve.

This 6 weeks course is designed to help you build your business from the ground up.
About
I’m Tracy Pekurny, RN—nurse entrepreneur, business consultant, and founder of the Concierge Nurse Business Society.
Your business does not need generic advice. It needs strategy grounded in nursing, entrepreneurship, and the realities of the market.
I bring nearly three decades of nursing experience and more than a decade of entrepreneurship to the nurses I advise. My work is not built around motivational coaching or one-size-fits-all business formulas. I help nurses examine the offer, market, buyer, pricing, positioning, operations, and sequence of decisions behind the business they are actually trying to build.
A consultation gives us space to look closely at the issue in front of you, identify what is missing, and create a direction you can act on.
Success Stories
The Six-Step Method
Each week builds on the one before it so you are not making disconnected business decisions or building in the wrong order.
-
Define the business you are building, the problem you solve, and the value of your nursing expertise in the marketplace. You will strengthen your one-liner, value proposition, differentiators, and the connection between your specialty and a service the client can understand.
-
Identify the ideal client and premium buyer, understand the pain points and priorities that influence purchasing, and test whether the market values the offer before you invest heavily in building it. This step replaces assumptions with informed business decisions.
-
Develop a preliminary pro forma, understand revenue and cost structure, create a service menu, establish pricing tiers, and examine profitability and margins. The goal is to build an offer that can support a business—not simply create work.
-
Build the backend structure required to deliver the service consistently. This includes workflows, standard operating procedures, policies, client intake, documentation, tools, boundaries, and the operational systems that separate a business from a hobby.
-
Map the client journey from awareness to inquiry, consultation, booking, and follow-up. Strengthen your messaging, identify appropriate visibility and referral channels, and practice the conversations that help a prospective client understand the value of the offer.
-
Organize the questions, documents, priorities, and professional referrals needed to prepare for legal and financial guidance. This step includes legal-preparation resources, attorney-visit planning, business setup considerations, technology and launch tools, and access to expert Q&A when scheduled.

QUESTIONS andANSWERS
-
No. You should know that you want to build a concierge nurse business, but you do not need to arrive with a finalized offer. The early weeks are designed to help you connect your experience to a market-informed service and ideal client.
-
The Cohort serves nurses at different career stages. Experience can create valuable expertise, but the program still requires the participant to make responsible decisions about scope, licensure, professional readiness, and the services she is qualified to provide.
-
Live sessions are recorded and posted in the private Cohort space with the supporting materials. You can review them on your schedule and continue participating in the community. Live attendance is encouraged whenever possible because discussion and feedback add significant value.
-
Plan for the live sessions or recordings, time to review the materials, and focused implementation between meetings. The exact time varies by the nurse and the stage of the business, but this is an action-based program and requires more than passive viewing.
-
No. The Cohort provides business education, legal-preparation resources, questions to organize, and access to guest experts when scheduled. It does not replace advice from an attorney, CPA, licensing board, privacy professional, or other qualified advisor familiar with your specific business and state.
-
The Cohort includes the resources and templates identified in the current enrollment offer.
-
The program gives you a six-week structure for building the core business foundation, but launch timing depends on your decisions, implementation, state requirements, professional review, and readiness. Some nurses move quickly; others use the method at a more deliberate pace.
-
Graduates may continue inside the Concierge Nurse Business Society Membership for ongoing connection, strategic feedback, business education, peer conversation, and implementation support. Membership is a separate monthly offer and is not automatically included unless the current enrollment terms state otherwise.
